What is "passive residual income?"

It is money you earn again and again…for work you did just one time.

One of the easiest ways to create passive residual income is with “affiliate marketing.” Here are just a few of the many benefits:

• You don’t need to create your own product.
• You can earn up to 50% of the profits for every sale.
• You don’t have to inventory or deliver products to your customers.
• You're supplied with pre-written advertising materials

With affiliate marketing, you just advertise the products and collect your commissions!

Unfortunately, to continue making money in affiliate marketing, you’ll need to constantly advertise the products to generate new sales…which can get very expensive.

So, what’s my “secret?”

I've developed a strategy that I've used time and again to generate thousands of dollars profit each month…and every month my income continues to grow.

What do I do?

I build “walk-away” affiliate websites.

In the past year, you've probably heard the terms "affiliate website," "niche website," and "virtual real estate" more than once.

These terms are used interchangeably to describe the same thing…websites that target a certain niche, and which earn money by selling affiliate products.

There are several different ways to build these sites. Most methods take 2 to 4 months to build one complete site.

My “walk-away” affiliate website model eliminates ALL of that!

How?

The first step is to use tools that automate 90% of the site-building process, and which also manage your finished website on auto-pilot.

There is absolutely:

• NO need to manually add content to your website.
• NO need to regularly submit your website to the search engines.
• NO need to continually tweak your site for search engine optimization.

But, you have to be very careful!

When used the “right” way, these tools can save you hours of work. When used the “wrong” way, these tools can get your website permanently DE-listed from the search engines.

The second step is to build your site in such a way that it is completely self-contained.

There is absolutely:

• NO sales support required.
• NO customer support required.
• NO advertising necessary.

Using my proprietary method, you simply build a website and walk away…you never have to lift another finger, and your website produces income month after month.

This week, I'm going to reveal my secret for earning $1,000 (or MORE!)…in just 10 minutes a day.

There are 2 steps to this strategy…

The First Step: Sell a highticket item that puts $1,000 or more net profit into your pocket for every sale.

I've found it doesn't take any more time, effort, or advertising expense to sell a highticket item than to sell a lowticket item. And, it only takes ONE sale to make $1,000 net profit as opposed to TWENTY $50 sales to earn that same $1,000.

Once you have your highticket item…

The Next Step: You spend 10 minutes a day advertising your product…and train someone else to do the rest.

Yes, this really is as simple as it sounds.

You do the advertising. And you find someone else who will:

• Call your prospects.
• Follow-up with your prospects.
• Close the sales.
• Send your product to your customers.

You then share a portion of your net profit with them.

For example, if your product earned a $1,000 net profit, you could pay your salesperson $250 for every closed sale. That leaves you with a hefty profit…and $250 is a large enough amount to inspire most commissioned salespeople.

There's an upside and a downside to this strategy…

Once your sales assistant sees the money they COULD be earning if they were doing what YOU are doing, they'll upgrade to seller status themselves.

• The Upside: You've now turned your sales assistant into a customer and earned money from that sale.
• The Downside: You now have to find and train someone else.

OR…if, like me, you want to avoid the downside altogether, you can always do what I've done…

Find a Sales Center that will sell your product for you:

• THEY talk to prospects.
• THEY follow-up with prospects.
• THEY close the sales.
• THEY ship the product

And, I get to keep 100% of the $1,000 net profit instead of sharing it with them!

Even better…the Sales Center is in charge of hiring and training new salespeople. In this business model, I truly only have to spend 10 minutes a day advertising, and still earn $1,000 or more for every sale. It's the best of both worlds.

Over the next few weeks, I'm going to share with you THREE
of my personal secrets for:

• Reducing my work hours, and

• Increasing my profits.

Today, I'm going to talk about "Outsourcing."

You may have heard the term. Basically, it means hiring
someone else to do some of your work.

First of all, you want to avoid hiring "employees" as much
as possible. It is far cheaper, and less of a bookkeeping
hassle, to hire "independent contractors."

What's the difference?

• With Employees:

  • YOU must pay matching social security and FICA.

  • YOU must withhold taxes.

  • YOU must provide employee benefits.

• With Independent Contractors:

  • THEY pay double social security and FICA.

  • THEY are responsible for paying estimated taxes.

  • THEY receive no additional benefits beyond payment for
    the task they were hired to perform.

…With independent contractors, all you do is (a) pay
them and, at the end of the year (b) provide them with a
1099 tax form.

Best of all…

You can easily find an experienced independent
contractor for a FRACTION of what you would pay an
employee!

The truth is, with so many people wanting to work from
home, there is never a shortage of qualified people to
choose from…for ANY task you desire.

To prove it, here is a short list of just some of the
tasks I have personally outsourced:

• ghostwriting articles

• ghostwriting books

• website design

• graphic design

• software programming

• email customer service

• phone customer service

There are many places you can find experienced people who
will work for amazingly low fees. One of my favorite
sources is eLance where independent
contractors will BID on your project, and YOU choose the
one you feel is best qualified to handle the task.

Using services like eLance is very simple. You just:

1. Sign up for a free account so you can outsource
   projects.

2. Post a project you want independent contractors to bid
   on.

3. Choose the bidder you want to work with.

…You don't even pay for the project until it is finished
to your satisfaction!

TIP: When you post a project, let bidders know that they
will need to supply you with samples of their work
so you don't have to hire someone "sight unseen."

By outsourcing tasks that can be done by others, your work
hours will be significantly reduced. And, you can focus
your time on tasks ONLY YOU can perform (in my case, an
example would be: coaching my students).

You'll also find that, by outsourcing, you'll have MUCH
more free time to enjoy. Plus, you'll have the freedom to
take time off without having to constantly check up on
your business.

Lastly, By outsourcing, you will be able to focus your time
on actions that INCREASE your profits…thereby earning
MORE while working less.
