Working Smarter…Not Harder (Part 2)
Running a successful business is hard work…or is it?
In this article series, I'm sharing THREE of my personal secrets for reducing work hours and increasing profits.
This week, I'm going to reveal my secret for earning $1,000 (or MORE!)…in just 10 minutes a day.
There are 2 steps to this strategy…
The First Step: Sell a highticket item that puts $1,000 or more net profit into your pocket for every sale.
I've found it doesn't take any more time, effort, or advertising expense to sell a highticket item than to sell a lowticket item. And, it only takes ONE sale to make $1,000 net profit as opposed to TWENTY $50 sales to earn that same $1,000.
Once you have your highticket item…
The Next Step: You spend 10 minutes a day advertising your product…and train someone else to do the rest.
Yes, this really is as simple as it sounds.
You do the advertising. And you find someone else who will:
- Call your prospects.
- Follow-up with your prospects.
- Close the sales.
- Send your product to your customers.
You then share a portion of your net profit with them.
For example, if your product earned a $1,000 net profit, you could pay your salesperson $250 for every closed sale. That leaves you with a hefty profit…and $250 is a large enough amount to inspire most commissioned salespeople.
There's an upside and a downside to this strategy…
Once your sales assistant sees the money they COULD be earning if they were doing what YOU are doing, they'll upgrade to seller status themselves.
- The Upside: You've now turned your sales assistant into a customer and earned money from that sale.
- The Downside: You now have to find and train someone else.
OR…if, like me, you want to avoid the downside altogether, you can always do what I've done…
Find a Sales Center that will sell your product for you:
- THEY talk to prospects.
- THEY follow-up with prospects.
- THEY close the sales.
- THEY ship the product
And, I get to keep 100% of the $1,000 net profit instead of sharing it with them!
Even better…the Sales Center is in charge of hiring and training new salespeople. In this business model, I truly only have to spend 10 minutes a day advertising, and still earn $1,000 or more for every sale. It's the best of both worlds.
